This January 2026, Youth Sanctuary Ministries is hosting 31 Days of Knowing God, a 31-day spiritual journey that will be shared across our social media platforms. This initiative is not a Bible challenge, a reading plan, or a test of spiritual knowledge. It is an intentional invitation to encounter God personally and to move beyond religious pressure into genuine relationship.
Many people view the Bible as a rulebook or something they fail when they do not fully understand it. However, Scripture is one unfolding story that reveals who God is. This journey is designed to help participants see the Bible not as a burden, but as a revelation of God’s nature, character, and heart.
The foundation of this journey is John 17:3, where Jesus defines eternal life as knowing God and knowing Jesus Christ. Throughout the 31 days, participants will engage Scripture in a simple and deliberate flow—beginning at the end of the Bible, moving to the beginning, and ultimately encountering God through the life and person of Jesus Christ. Each day centers on one reflective question: What does this show me about God?
This journey is open to everyone—those who are curious, unsure, skeptical, or tired of religion but still seeking truth. There is no pressure, no pretending, and no requirement to have all the answers. 31 Days of Knowing God is an opportunity to walk together, one day at a time, and to truly know God as He reveals Himself.
